Up to 10 people can be accommodated here, from the spacious entrance hall, large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (all with 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms.

The villa is well equipped, from air conditioning to Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, cable TV, a cot as well as a high chair. There is also a large terrace with table and chairs for 10 people. In the private outdoor area, the house has a beautiful garden, partly covered furnished terraces, a barbecue and a swimming pool with shower. Of course, sun loungers are also available for you.

It also has a private gym and an outdoor garage with space for 3 cars. The house is ideal for bicycle lovers, as it offers enough space to store the bikes.

The nearest bars, restaurants and supermarkets are just a 4-minute walk away, the Paseo Marítimo is about a 5-minute walk and the centre of Palma is less than a 10-minute drive away. Bellver Castle is a 15-minute walk away and Cala Major beach is a 9-minute drive (3.9 km).

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A fee is charged for the use of electricity.
